Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Returns and warranty policy is only available for products that were purchased on ACSByRoman.com.

There are no refunds on accessories such (hard drives, hdd cloning kits, etc)

Neither ACSByRoman.com nor Mr12Volt offers any trade-in, model Upgrades, or exchanges for newer versions. If a new model is released after your purchase, even if within the return window, the product is not eligible for upgrade or exchange.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original sealed packaging and in “resale ready” condition. Once the original SHIPPING packaging has been opened the equipment is not returnable.

There is a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you are unsure of the return policy of the item you wish to purchase please ask for clarification prior to purchase.
