Returns and warranty policy is only available for products that were purchased on ACSByRoman.com
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
There is a 15% restocking fee.
Once the original packaging has been opened the equipment is not returnable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We are responsible for the re-send shipping fees of replacement units
